We stock the Magpul Bipod for Sling Stud (Tilt Only) for hunters who want a rock-steady rest without the weight penalty. At just 13 oz, this Mil-Spec hard-anodized 6061 T-6 aluminum and reinforced-polymer bipod is light enough to leave mounted on a mountain rifle for a backcountry mule deer hunt, yet tough enough to load with forward tension when you settle in behind glass on a Texas sendero.
It attaches directly to a standard sling stud and runs smooth and quiet. Leg extensions slide and lock on any of seven half-inch-spaced detents, extending 3.5 inches from 6.8" to 10.3" with the push of a button. An industry-exclusive 50 degrees of total tilt is controlled by a glove-friendly, tool-less knurled knob between the legs, so leveling on uneven ground is quick and silent. The low-profile housing brushes off snags, and tight tolerances keep the squeaks and rattles out of your setup.
A soft rubber cap on the locking knob doubles as a non-marring forward rest when the legs are folded, and the staggered rubber feet grip a range of surfaces. The legs accept most Atlas-pattern replaceable feet (except the Atlas 5-H style). Made in the USA.
