We stock the Magpul Suppressor Cover - 5.5" for shooters who run a can hard and want to protect their hands, their gear, and their position. It's built to stand up to the extreme heat of extended semi-auto and full-auto strings, cutting down burn risk while actually helping the suppressor cool faster between strings on a long range day or a high-volume hog hunt.
The design pairs a heat-resistant polymer sleeve over a raised stainless steel heat shield that clamps directly to the suppressor body with two steel clamps. That gap lets cooling air move across the can and keeps the outer cover surface up to 1000 degrees F cooler than the suppressor itself. Beyond heat, it works as a thermal insulator and signature-reduction device, knocking down the mirage that distorts your sight picture over a hot can and reducing your firearm's thermal signature. Made in the USA.
