Stocking Stuffers for Hunters
Everything here is $25 or less. Diaphragm calls are the easiest win: latex reeds stretch and lose their tone, so most elk and turkey callers carry several and replace them every season. At $10 to $11 each, two or three fill a stocking. Round it out with a Mora Basic or Risberg knife, a blaze-orange cap or a leather call pouch.

Which elk diaphragm should I buy if I don't know what they use?
Callers have strong preferences about reed cuts, so a multi-reed call pack is the safer gift. The Kill Pack and New Blood packs are in our gifts under $50. Single reeds work well as an add-on.
Are Mora Basic knives any good?
They're Mora's entry-level fixed blades: light, sharp out of the box, and cheap enough that losing one doesn't hurt. Plenty of hunters keep one in the truck or the pack as a backup. See all Mora knives.
What's a good stocking stuffer for a turkey hunter?
A turkey mouth call or two, plus a call pouch to keep them clean and flat in a vest pocket.
