A waxed, quilted down vest built for the field first and town second.

Most down vests are too fragile for brush. The Arthur Quilted Waxed Down Vest puts 750-fill down inside a waxed quilted shell that resists moisture and thorns. The quilting changes size across the shoulders — tight squares where the gun mounts, larger panels below — so it moves with a shotgun instead of bunching. It's lined in Ball and Buck plaid and closes with a hand-polished YKK Acela two-way zipper.
