The Mora / Frosts Skinning Knife #7146 UG is a curved, stiff-blade skinning knife made of Swedish stainless steel — a well-made, heavy-duty tool recommended for beef and pork and ideal for skinning and processing large game. Frosts by Mora knives are trusted throughout the food industry, and this stiff curved skinner is built to hold up to demanding, repeated work.
The blade is made from recycled Swedish cold-rolled stainless steel and hardened by deep refrigeration at -80°C for lasting edge retention. The handle is glass-fiber reinforced polypropylene (PA), giving a rough, durable grip with excellent traction in both wet and dry conditions.
